Our Delivery & Installation Guide
Our delivery and installation teams are professional and fully trained, ensuring you can trust Magnolia Appliance to get the job done right. We’re committed to providing top-notch customer service every step of the way.

1. Drop-Off Delivery
What is Included:
A one person crew dropping off the product to your garage, driveway, or front porch in the original manufacturer packaging. Our crew will not go inside.
Add Ons:
We can haul away an old appliance for $39 (must be outside prior to our arrival).
2. Standard Installation
What is Included:
Our crew will set up the item, remove all packaging and discard, attach any required new install part(s) per manufacturer guideline, connect to your existing hook up(s), level, and test the item. Your item will be up and running before our crew leaves. If you have an existing old like appliance, our crew will un-install and haul it away or set it aside for no additional charge. (*excludes oversized appliances, see below for pricing)
What is Not Included:
Our crews do not modify existing facilities or move obstructions, please be sure your existing facilities (such as electrical, plumbing, and opening) are set up for the specific item you have purchased prior to our arrival. If the install requires special install parts to complete the install (like extension kits), there will be additional charges.
*For deliveries outside of Laurens County, a mileage fee may apply based on the distance and size of your order. We offer delivery and installation services within a 50-mile radius of our showroom. Please reach out to us to confirm if we deliver to your area.
